Configure datagrid widget data selection
You can select which columns are displayed in a datagrid, or you can duplicate columns.
If the widget configuration dialog box is not already open, do as follows:
If the widget is on a Grid layout dashboard, click the Menu icon
in the top right-hand corner of the widget and select Settings.If the widget is on a Fluid layout dashboard, on the floating toolbar for the widget, click the Settings icon:

Click the Configuration tab.
On the left-hand side, click Data Selection.
All the columns from the datagrid are displayed:
Change the columns list as required:
To hide a column, click the column name. The datagrid in the preview pane is updated.
To show the column, click the column name again.
To add a new column that duplicates data in an existing column, click + New. In the Add Column dialog box, select the column on which to base the new column, enter a title, and click Add.
The new column is added to the right of the existing columns, labelled custom. You can hide, show, edit, or delete this column.
Click Save.
