Create a unit

  1. In the top left-hand corner of the main dashboard screen, click the Admin Panel icon: admin_panel_icon.PNG.

  2. On the Admin Panel, click Definitions new_menu_definitions.PNG.

  3. On the right-hand side of the Units screen, click the Unit icon: new_unit.png.

  4. Configure the unit settings as required:

    Setting

    Description

    Name

    The name of the unit.

    Note

    • It must be 2-25 characters only.

    • It cannot be edited later.

    Short Name

    The short name for the unit.

    Note

    It must be 2-25 characters only.

    Prefix Symbol

    A symbol to be displayed before the attribute value.

    Note

    It must be 2-25 characters only.

    Suffix Symbol

    A symbol to be displayed after the attribute value.

    Note

    It must be 2-25 characters only.

  5. Click Save.

Note

Click on the Clear All Fields button to clear all the data entered in the fields.
