Edit an escalation rule
In the top left-hand corner of the main dashboard screen, click the Manage icon:
.On the Manage panel, click Automation
.In the list of escalation rules, identify the rule to be edited, click on it and then click the Edit icon:
to edit a region rule.Review and edit the escalation rule as described in Create an escalation rule.
When you have configured the escalation rule, click Update to save your changes.
