Announcements
The mobile app and web portal can also display Announcements and notifications to the users. Announcements can be manually pushed to the Citizen mobile app by the Quantela platform operators, or automatically triggered by SOP workflows.

To review or update the available CMS announcements, first navigate to the Announcements page as detailed below:
In the top left-hand corner of the main dashboard screen, click the Manage icon:

On the Manage panel, click the Citizen icon:

Select Announcements.
Depending on your permissions, you can create a new CMS Announcement as follows:
Click the Announcement button:
Edit the configuration settings for the new announcement:
Setting
Description
Title
Enter a descriptive title for the announcement. The title must consist of between 3 and 120 characters. The title is used to select an announcement to publish on the Citizen app.
Categories
Select a previously configured Announcement Category for the module.
Description
Enter the announcement text that is to be displayed on the Citizen app. It must be between 3 to 300 characters.
Regions
Select a region or all the regions from the list to which the announcement needs to be sent.
Selected Regions
The regions that are selected from the regions list are displayed.
Priority
Select the priority for the announcement - either High or Normal.
Click the Create button.
To edit an existing announcement, select the announcement from the list and click the corresponding Edit icon: .
Likewise, to delete an announcement, select it from the list of existing announcements and click the corresponding Delete icon: .
