Delete an escalation rule
Caution
After you have deleted an escalation or region rule, there is no way to restore it.
In the top left-hand corner of the main dashboard screen, click the Manage icon:

On the Manage panel, click Automation
.
In the list of escalation rules, carefully identify the rule to be deleted and click the Delete icon:
. Also, you can delete a region rule by clicking on the escalation rule and then clicking the Delete icon:
.
Confirm that you want to delete the escalation or region rule.
The rule is deleted from the system.
