Public Dashboards

Public Dashboards are dashboards which can be accessed directly from their dashboard URL without needing to login. These dashboards can be embedded as external IFrame components in third-party web applications which support this feature.

Note

If the public dashboard is opened in a mobile/tablet in the portrait mode, it automatically asks the user to change the orientation of it to the landscape mode to get the best experience.

The recommended screen size of the mobile/tablet to view the public dashboard is 5.5 inches and above and it is best supported on the Chrome browser.

To view the public dashboards, first navigate to the Public Dashboards page as detailed below:

  1. In the top left-hand corner of the main dashboard screen, click the Admin Panel icon: admin_panel_icon.PNG.

  2. On the Admin Panel, click the Access icon: new_menu_access.PNG.

  3. Select Public Dashboards.

  4. The public dashboards are displayed.

You can copy the public dashboard URL by clicking on the Copy URL button and paste that URL in the browser. The public dashboard will load without asking to login. Also, you can select your preferred language, from the language drop-down, in which you would like the public dashboard to be displayed.
