Document conventions
This manual uses the following text conventions.

bold font | GUI element, for example, window title, menu, menu item, button, label, check box |
Link: to another section, to an external website or to an email address | |
A | Keyboard key |
Ctrl+A | Keyboard key combination: press both keys together. (Letter keys are shown in capitals but are not case-sensitive unless upper- or lower-case is specifically stated.) |
regular font | Filename, folder name or path |
bold font | Text that the user enters exactly as shown |
italic font | Placeholder text for which the user supplies a value when entering text |
| Text that is displayed on the screen, apart from GUI elements, for example command-line output |
