Escalation rules

An Escalation Rule in the Quantela platform is used by Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to automatically distribute email or SMS messages to the selected users and receive notifications when SLAs have been crossed.Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Note

The minimum SLA that can be set is 10 minutes.

Multi-level escalations up to a maximum of five levels can be created for each escalation rule.
